About this course

We wanted to enable everyone to walk away with confidence and clarity around our 2020 goals, how we can achieve them, a strong understanding of how we want to work together under our new structure.  All our client facing and supporting teams came together to talk about and work on the roles we all play in our clients’ success, how we can best work together to deliver on our promises and hold each other accountable. We focused on three main areas:

1.    Making sure that everyone finds their role and knows the ‘ways-of-working’ in the new way we go-to-market (our Pod structure, supported by our shared services COE, agency development team, marketing team, and revenue operations team). The teams were particularly focused around shaping how each Pod is going to work, and creating close alignment between our sales and services teams.

2.    Reminding everyone about the solutions we have on-shelf today! We have a lot of solutions that are tried and tested, and create value for our clients. We had a very open dialogue between our product/product marketing team and our client teams.

3.    Being clear what to expect in terms of new initiatives: Source, C-TV, new T1/user interface.
